Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, unless a different delivery date has been agreed upon. Once you receive your tracking number, DHL usually takes another 1 to 3 business days for deliveries within Germany. For shipments within Europe, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping within Germany costs €5.90. For other countries within the EU, the shipping fee is €13.90.

You can pay by credit card (Mastercard, VISA), Maestro, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Please note that bank transfers may take longer to process than other payment methods. If you choose bank transfer, you’ll receive our bank details after placing your order. Your order will be processed once the payment has been received and confirmed.

You can return your order within 14 days in its original condition with the invoice and tracking number to the following address:
